Antelope Canyon Day Trip Recommendation! I rarely post things like this unless the experience was genuinely amazing. We just finished our trip, and I sincerely recommend our tour guide, BIN. He was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire day! Before we even set off, BIN sent us a long and detailed list of things to note, explaining things like sun protection very clearly. The trip included a Subway lunch, and he specifically messaged us beforehand to ask what kind of meat everyone wanted. The attention to detail was really spot on! He was very punctual that morning! After we got in the car, he shared the onboard Wi-Fi with us. Along the way, he went over the day's itinerary, what to watch out for, and where we could take breaks, even showing us photos. The setup in the car was also great. Not only did he have tied-up trash bags ready, but he also stocked up on ice water, potato chips, and oranges. There was a great variety and plenty to go around! Once we arrived at the attraction, he gave us plenty of time to explore, so we didn't feel rushed at all. He enthusiastically helped us take photos and even went one by one to adjust the camera filters on everyone's phones. The pictures turned out amazing! After the trip ended, he even sent us a list of fun and free local attractions in Las Vegas. Incredibly considerate! If you are planning to visit Antelope Canyon, I sincerely recommend getting BIN as your guide!

Special thanks to our guide, Bin, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. He also helped us find the best spots for photos. Highly recommended!

This tour is so worth it! Our guide, John, was great! He provided interesting knowledge and really made the experience even better! We made multiple stops and he took photos for us. We went through Boulder City, Stopped at Mead Lake Overlook, Walked the Bridge, Drove across the dam, then walked across the dam and he knew all the great photo spots! We then when inside for the power plant tour. This tour exceeded our expectations! John really made it extra special! Great Value for all we did!

We booked the Sedona day trip. Our fantastic drivers/guides were Michael and Ed. What an amazing day we had! We made several photo stops along the way going to Sedona. Absolutely breathtaking! The Death Valley Tour from Las Vegas was unforgettable for all the right reasons! Raphael, our guide was amazing. He was friendly and accommodating from start to finish with extensive knowledge of the areas visited. Raphael knew all the best spots to get those iconic photos and was more than obliging in taking pictures of people in the group. We started off being picked up from the Luxor and after a quick stop at Treasure Island we were on our way. First stop was the Area 51 Alien Centre. It’s a glorified rest stop that sells overpriced Tee Shirts and alien merchandise but it was great fun taking photos and browsing what they had on offer. Raphael was on hand to take photos and offer information about Areas 51 and the surrounding areas. Next stop was Beatty, that sits not far from Death Valley National Park. Here we were able to see the Exchange Club Casino, a beautiful steampunk building that is the brainchild of artist James Henniger. It’s a work-in-progress and is absolutely beautiful. Built using reclaimed materials from nearby Rhyolite ghost town. You really do have to stand back and take in the details of this amazing building! From Beatty we drove to Rhyolite, an abandoned gold mining camp right on the edge of Death Valley. There we saw the remains of the school. bank, various offices and the saloon. This is where you can see the famous Tom Kelly bottle house built from roughly 50,000 beer and liquor bottles in 1906. It’s a genuine example and not a replica like the one at Calico. Next stop was Death Valley itself. As we entered the park the landscape became less and less hospitable. We stopped at the sign to get some photos and then drove to the Harmony Borax works where Raphael explained the mining process and the twenty-mule teams that were used to pull the carriages out of the mines. On to Furnace creek visitor centre for a photo next to the famous thermometer and a look around the nicely air conditioned shop and information centre where you can learn about the conditions, landscape and wildlife that live in the valley. A mile further down the road we stopped at The Death Valley Ranch, a luxurious oasis resort in the desert. Here we had around 45 minutes to get some lunch, an ice cream, browse the shop and museum and enjoy the lovely well groomed Californian resort. From The Ranch we drove south to Badwater Basin. This was the highlight of the trip for me. The otherworldly landscape is incredible. As you step out onto the salt flats and feel the overwhelming heat reflecting back, it’s a surreal moment. Don’t forget to look back towards the cliff to see the sea level marker high above you to really appreciate how far below sea level this place really is. A word of warning, do not stay out more than 5 or 10 minutes. Take you photos and retreat back to the air conditioning of your vehicle. The heat gets seriously dangerous in a very short time. From there we doubled back a bit and drove to Zabrinski point. A short hike up the hill on a well maintained path and this beautful badlands vista opens up before you with its gorgeous pastel colours and undulating terrain. Raphael advised on the best vantage points and angles to take the most impressive photos. Zabrinski point was the final stop on our tour and from there we returned back to Las Vegas via Death Valley Junction and through Pahrump. Raphael chatted and imparted information all the way as we drove.I would highly recommend this tour however, there are a few things to consider. It is a long day. In order to get the most out of it you need to be reasonably able bodied. There is a lot of getting in and out of the minibus with short hikes to some of the locations and the heat in August was brutal. I imagine Spring and Autumn are fantastic times to take this tour. You can view the locations from the minibus if you are not up to the extreme condition’s but I would recommend getting out at least for a couple of minutes to experience it. Take water. Plenty of it. There are restrooms at every stop (except Beatty and Rhyolite) but bare in mind that they have composting ‘desert’ toilets so take a small hand sanitizer in your backpack. There are fully serviced restrooms at Area 51 Alien Centre and Furnace Creek.These are no way negatives and, in my opinion, add to the authenticity of the desert experience. I just want people to be prepared so they know what to expect and can fully embrace it all.An absolutely unforgettable experience. Thanks Raphael for looking after us.

John was our guide for the Hoover Dam Insider Experience Tour. He reached out prior to the tour to confirm the details. The SUV was very well maintained, comfortable and clean. John's approach was friendly, relaxed and professional. His knowledge of the historical background of not only Hoover Dam but the surrounding areas was in-depth and informative. It was more than a tour, it was truly an experience. Perfect for history lovers as well as those wanting to gain a better understanding of what it took to make Hoover Dam the impressive structure we see now along with the lasting impact on the surrounding area. The limited group size allowed for individual interaction without the rushed feeling common in large groups. The questions we had were addressed. We had a photo taken with my husband standing in Nevada as I stood in Arizona. It was a visible reminder that state lines are a man made construct. Nature seamlessly blends the two areas together. The view from the top of the dam was amazing.

Fantastic experience at Grand Canyon with professional driver / guide Taka who was very knowledgeable and provided water throughout the day and plenty of stops to visit restrooms and get refreshments. Myself and the family thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip and some good bonus stops at Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam view from Arizona side was breathtaking as were the views at Guano Point and Eagle Point at the Grand Canyon. Lunch also included was excellent value for money and an unforgettable experience. Thank you Taka and the team - highly recommend.

Grecia was friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating! Our Hoover Dam power plant tour was delayed by power outage, She waited for us and communicated frequently to ensure that we would be okay. I would highly recommend Grecia and this tour!

We had a great time on this adventure. Red Rock Canyon has amazing views. The optional hike gave us some up close views of the canyon. The dam was something that we wanted to see. It's an amazing feat of engineering. Our guide was very informative throughout the tour.

This was one of the highlights of our weekend in Vegas. We got into some great pool parties, met a lot of people, and didn't have to worry about planning anything. The whole experience felt pretty seamless from start to finish.

Went with a friend and honestly had a better time than expected. The group was social, the pools were packed with good energy, and the hosts did a good job keeping everyone together. I'd definitely do it again on a future Vegas trip.

Early start and a late finish, pickup and drop off at your accommodation. The mini van has comfortable seating and great air conditioning. Your guide also has plenty of water, sodas, and snacks on board for the day ahead.Today’s guide was Josiah, à good communicator with a great knowledge of the places we would visit today.First up was Valley of Fire State Park. We traveled through the park to certain locations where we had ample photo opportunities and 2 short hikes, the weather was really hot so umbrellas were also provided to hide us from the sun. The rock formations are amazing, nothing like I’d seen before. À must visit.Then back to Vegas for a sandwich lunch, then onto the iconic Hoover Dam. We went to a couple of different spots for photos while Josiah told us about the history of the dam. Definitely the highlight of the trip for me, this place is awesome.This was our 3rd excursion with Maxtours, the guides are fantastic and the places you visit are all bucket list, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
