Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil

When we arrived at the ticket booth, we were assisted by Kevin, and I have to say, he was absolutely amazing. From the moment we approached him, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us. He took the time to understand our situation and never once made us feel rushed, like an inconvenience, or pressured to make a quick decision.Our group of five had a unique challenge. Three of us had planned and paid for the trip months in advance, while the other two were only able to join after confirming time off from work. As a result, we purchased our tickets separately and ended up with seats on opposite sides of the theater. Hoping for a miracle, we asked if there was any way we could sit closer together.Kevin went above and beyond. Despite it being a last-minute request, he worked his magic and managed to get all five of us seated together. What could have been a stressful start to the evening became a seamless and enjoyable experience because of his dedication and professionalism. Kevin truly excels at what he does, and he set the tone for the entire night.Thanks to him, we walked into KÀ feeling excited and taken care of. We easily found our seats and had time to appreciate the stunning beauty of the theater before the show began. The experience starts before the curtain even rises, with immersive moments happening all around the audience, creating a sense of anticipation and wonder.Without giving away any spoilers, KÀ is absolutely incredible. One thing I especially appreciated is that no single language is needed to fully enjoy the performance. Members of our group traveled to Las Vegas from outside the United States and sometimes struggle with spoken English, yet they were completely captivated by the story and visuals. The show transcends language barriers in a way that makes it accessible to everyone.It was worth every penny. As someone who generally doesn't enjoy musicals (I've seen several Broadway productions and usually leave saying "never again!"), this was an entirely different experience. I was engaged from beginning to end and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.We're already planning our next trip to Las Vegas specifically to see more shows, and KÀ is definitely on that list again. It was that good. And while the show itself was spectacular, our experience started with Kevin's outstanding customer service. He turned a complicated seating situation into a perfect beginning for an unforgettable night.

This show was a sheer joy to watch. It’s pure Cirque du Soleil. Acrobats, Trapeze artists, comedy, exquisite costumes and fabulous music I loved it.

Attended last night 9/18 with my sisters. We have been fans of Michael Jackson since our teenage years - Thriller era. I can't even explain how amazing this show was last night. If you like Michael Jackson music, go! The acrobatics, stunts, theming, performing, stage effects, and more was top notch ! Danced in our seat (sitting down ) and high fived 🙌 some dancers. Sat in 2nd level Row BB which was first row of second level and seats were great! Recommend that row to see dancers up close or aisle seats in lower level. I booked direct through Mandalay Bay and got a discount because I used my rewards card. There is a gift shop at the front entrance and get there early to grab a cocktail inside.

Cirque de Soleil is always fenomenal. Acrobatics are amazing, the performers are super talented, costumes incredible. The entertainment comes from everywhere sometimes is hard to follow all of them. I will see this again for sure. The ushers are very nice and helpful, they also deserve 5 stars.

It’s a massive theatre space. The show is visually stunning, with such technical wizardry that huge praise must be given to the designers and tech crew. The performers have such extraordinary stamina and agility it defies gravity. There is a story…of sorts, but don’t try to follow it, just enjoy the spectacle. However, don’t ever pay full price. Our tickets were $70. A lot of the action takes place above and around the front block, so for an unobstructed view, the rear blocks are better. They do two shows a day and when we went the 6pm show was barely half full, if that.

Amazing from start to finish, an absolute must see if in Vegas.

I have been to several Cirque du Soleil performances and have always been WOWED, but this? Holy moly! The addition of water was top notch. I think my mouth was in the "O" shape the whole way through. I did no research before I wanted to be dazzled and I was! After I read about the pool and stage and performers! Simply astounding! We were in an upper tier and loved seeing the frogmen too..

The show was amazing!! Worth the money! The stunts are unbelievable!! You don’t want to miss anything!!

Awesome experience from beginning to end! The choreography was like nothing that I've seen before. Just spectacular in every way. We had great seats EE 12 and 13 which were perfect, however I don't think any seat in the venue is bad. This was definitely a must see performance.

The City Pass is the way to go. We did so much more than we ever would have without it. Highly recommend!

We purchased the 5 day pass for our family of 4. We planned each day out to maximize the use of the passes. If you look at the map on Cool Las Vegas, it will show where each activity is located. If we had purchased each ticket individually, it would have cost us over $800, but we paid about $325 per ticket. We certainly could have done even more activities. So much to do and an exceptional value! This was an amazing show. The technical accomplishments alone were phenomenal. The artist’ skills were astonishing. An absolute masterpiece. Without saying too much .. get there early. The atmosphere the show creates while you are waiting for the performance to commence shouldn’t be missed. ENJOY!

The performers were incredible, and the acrobatics, stage effects, and music were absolutely breathtaking. Such a unique and unforgettable experience. Definitely recommend it if you’re in Las Vegas!

This show is phenomenal! As a Michael Jackson fan I loved every second! I had tickets at the back of the theatre and honestly a brilliant view. Access into theatre went smoothly, however it does start 9pm on the dot and the queue for drinks can make you late for the beginning of the show. Brilliant experience

The show was spectacular! The actors and actresses were soooo talented. We thoroughly enjoyed the expereince.
