Meeting and Pickup
Arrival: Terminal 1 – Domestic Flights (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, etc.): Exit through Door 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, go up to Level 2 (Uber/Lyft zone). The driver will wait there or will contact you to confirm the exact location.Terminal 3 – Domestic Flights (JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, etc.): Take the elevator to Level 1, exit through Door 48, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Once there, contact the driver.Terminal 3 – International Flights: Go up to Level 1, exit through Door 51, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Then contact the driver.Departure: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please make sure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
What To Expect
You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at airport.
