If you're afraid of bridges, escalators, stairs, elevators.... not for you and good luck out there.
Mornings: great for photos, no crowds, faster tour, everything's closed, sets up the rest of your day, great for those who don't drink and don't want to be around the craziness. Better for kids.
Noon: Light crowds, stores and restaurants opening, great for my day drinkers, sleep in but still have your night planned. Some stuff like speakeasies still closed but I'll show them anyway.
Evening: Heavy crowds, party time, happy hours are going, more life, lights are turning on, fountain show is going. Not recommended for kids.
