Saki and Dez were so welcoming and friendly! They were also more than happy to take photos for us at the different stops. They provided cold bottles of water throughout the tour as well, which was so refreshing on a hot day. Overall, I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it!

Ed was our guide. He was attentive, and easy to converse with. He did not get irritated with constant questions, and kept us informed and entertained the whole trip. He was helpful with us older ladies to make sure we stepped out safely from the van. I would gladly book another trip with him in the future.

Another amazing experience with Laughlin Tours, and Ed. We went to the Grand Canyon west with the Skywalk. It was amazing. We did the same tour with another tour company, and this tour with Laughlin Tours was was above and beyond way better. Ed kept us entertained through the whole trip. Andrew at Blazin Paddles made our kayaking trip fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure everyone had a great time on the water. His guidance was spot-on — when he suggested going tandem, we took his advice and were glad we did, since the headwinds picked up and having two paddlers made a huge difference.A few tips for anyone booking a trip here: listen to your guide’s recommendations, especially on tandem vs. solo — the wind can be a real factor. Wear water shoes with a good grip sole — you’ll need them not just in the kayak, but on the short hike to the natural hot springs too. And don’t forget sunscreen and a hat — there’s not much shade out on the water.Thanks, Andrew, for a great experience!

If I could give Jacob a 10, I would. He made our trip easy from start to finish. He explained everything patiently and instructed us on what to and what not to do. He provided snacks, water and an extra surprise for my birthday! He definitely deserves 10 stars. If you have not done the 5 hour excursion, do it, you will not be disappointed!

The Hoover Dam kayak trip was truly an experience of a lifetime! If you're planning this adventure, I highly recommend requesting Sean as your guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had an amazing experience.Sean came well prepared with plenty of delicious food, snacks, and cold water to keep us fueled throughout the 12 mile journey. Even though the temperatures were extremely hot, the cool, refreshing water made the kayaking much more enjoyable.One of the highlights of the trip was Sean's knowledge of the Hoover Dam and the surrounding area. He shared fascinating stories and pointed out interesting landmarks along the way. He also knew all the best places to stop, including beautiful hot springs, scenic lunch spots, and perfect places to take a break and cool off.If you're booking this trip, definitely ask for Sean—you won't regret it! I also recommend bringing a Camel back or another hydration pack with plenty of water, along with a wide-brimmed hat or other sun protection. It's hot on the river with zero shade..This was an unforgettable adventure, and I would absolutely do it again!
