Ed was our guide. He was attentive, and easy to converse with. He did not get irritated with constant questions, and kept us informed and entertained the whole trip. He was helpful with us older ladies to make sure we stepped out safely from the van. I would gladly book another trip with him in the future.

My husband, a friend and I signed up for this tour because it only went to Zion and most other tours tried to cram in multiple stops.We ended up being the only people on the tour, which was great because it was like a private tour and we ended up being able to decide what we wanted to do and for how long.We happened to decide to go on one of the hottest days of the summer, but it wasn't unbearable and none of the hikes were long or strenuous. We pushed our tour guide John a bit - making him hike all the way to the entrance to The Narrows, but he would have catered things for people who were less inclined to go that far.John was a great guide. He kept us entertained on the ~ 3 hour drive between Zion and Vegas, and he sherpa-ed plenty of water for us and doled it out during the various short hikes, making sure we were well-hydrated.The park is beautiful and we got to take a refreshing break and wade in the Virgin River near The Narrows, which was fairly low.All in all, it was a great day and John was great company.

If I could give Jacob a 10, I would. He made our trip easy from start to finish. He explained everything patiently and instructed us on what to and what not to do. He provided snacks, water and an extra surprise for my birthday! He definitely deserves 10 stars. If you have not done the 5 hour excursion, do it, you will not be disappointed!

Kenny, our guide has been amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to explain some of the sites and even added an extra trip across the Hoover damn for us. There were both shared and private tour options available, but we chose the private tour because we wanted to explore at our own pace. It was perfect choice!The breathtaking views of the Valley of Fire and the Grand Canyon were truly unforgettable. Since we are not used to driving, having an experienced guide take us to each location made the trip very comfortable and stress free!! also showed us many great photo spots along the way, so everyone in our group was able to take amazing pictures and create wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and personalized experience!
