- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

- For the additional 10/04/2026 departure, the third night will be at White Buffalo West Yellowstone, Dude & Roundup, or a similar hotel. The fourth night is specially arranged at Grant Village inside Yellowstone National Park, subject to limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If Grant Village is sold out, a similar hotel in West Yellowstone will be arranged instead. Package options will be adjusted accordingly.
- Weight Limit Notice for Helicopter/Plane Tours:The maximum weight per guest is 250 lb. Guests over this limit may be subject to extra fees or denied boarding by the operator.Additional charges are the guest's responsibility. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded.
