Meeting and Pickup
Arrival at airport: Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel assigned for your flight, with your name at the greeting sign. 60 minutes service included since the flight lands. Departure: meet your chauffeur at the hotel´s or accommodation front door. 15 minutes of waiting time.
What To Expect
Enjoy a comfortable and private round-trip transfer from/to Las Vegas Airport LAS, to your Hotel in the Las Vegas City Center by our Eco Sedan Tesla X (up to 3 passengers) or similar.
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel assigned for your flight, with your name on the greeting sign.
If there is a problem finding our Chauffeurs, please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed.
On the departure date, meet the chauffeur at your hotel´s or accommodation's front door.
Your private Chauffeur speaks English and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city.
At the arrivals, the driver will make a quick stop at a liquor store on the way to the hotel to pick up the complimentary champagne. Passengers are also welcome to go inside and purchase any additional beverages they'd like.
We would appreciate it if you provide us with your mobile or cell phone number to contact you in case of any change or if our Chauffeur can't see you at the meeting point. In the confirmation, you will also receive our emergency number, and in case of any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- A maximum of 3 people per booking
- Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.
