Airport arrival: After you have collected your luggage, please meet our Chauffeur at the baggage claim carrousel assigned for your flight, he will be showing your name at the greeting sign. 60 minutes service time included since the flight lands.Airport departure: please meet our chauffeur at the front door of your accommodation or the hotel´s lobby. 15 minutes waiting time included.

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel designated for your flight, with your name displayed on the greeting sign.
If you have trouble finding our Chauffeurs, don't hesitate to call the phone number listed on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed.
Your private Chauffeur speaks English and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your mobile or cell phone number so we can contact you in case of any changes or if our Chauffeur can't see you at the meeting point. In the confirmation, you will also receive our emergency number, and in case of any query, please do not hesitate to contact us.
At the departure, the driver will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel or accommodation.
