What makes Gun Blast Vegas different? You won’t be standing in a crowded indoor lane shooting at a paper target. Instead, you’ll leave the Strip behind for a small-group adventure at a private outdoor range in the Nevada desert, surrounded by wide-open scenery.
With no more than 8 shooters, the experience is personal, relaxed and never rushed. Your certified instructor stays with you throughout the activity, providing hands-on coaching adapted to your experience level.
You’ll shoot four iconic firearms and 61 rounds, but the true highlight is our signature AK-47 walk-and-shoot course: a dynamic experience using steel and reactive targets that most traditional ranges simply cannot offer.
Round-trip transportation from the Strip is included, beginners and international visitors are welcome, and safety remains at the heart of every exciting moment. This is much more than indoor target practice—it’s a real Nevada desert shooting adventure.

What To Expect
Leave the casinos behind and get ready to experience the real Nevada desert! Just 40 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Gun Blast Vegas takes you to a private outdoor shooting range near Goodsprings, with round-trip transportation included in an air-conditioned van.
After a safety briefing, your certified instructor will guide you step by step as you shoot four iconic firearms: a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, AR-15, AK-47, and pump-action shotgun. Each guest fires 61 rounds and takes on our signature AK-47 walk-and-shoot course, with steel and reactive targets for even more action.
With groups limited to only 8 shooters, you’ll enjoy personalized coaching, plenty of shooting time, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere where safety always comes first. No experience is needed—beginners are absolutely welcome! International visitors can participate too, with no U.S. citizenship required. Transportation, ammunition, targets, safety equipment, and instruction are all included. - Consumption of alcohol or use of marijuana or other impairing substances within 8 hours before the scheduled experience is strictly prohibited. Anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired will be refused participation, and no refund will be issued.
- Minimum age is 13. Participants aged 13–17 must be accompanied on site by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older who has authority to provide consent.
- Non-shooter seats may be available for an additional fee of $25 per person, subject to space and advance approval. A maximum of 2 non-shooting guests can be accommodated. Non-shooter seats must be requested and confirmed in advance.
- Participants must bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport on the day of the experience.
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Sandals, flip-flops and high heels are not permitted. Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor desert conditions is recommended.
- This activity takes place outdoors in the Nevada desert on uneven, unpaved terrain. Guests should be prepared for seasonal heat, cold, wind and dust.
