Descend 200 feet underground via elevator into the largest dry caverns in the United States, formed over 65 million years ago when an ancient inland sea covered this desert landscape. Explore paved walkways through massive chambers, including the famous Chapel of the Ages, and witness prehistoric fossils, such as a mummified ground sloth and a 19th-century bobcat.
