Meeting and Pickup
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel assigned for your flight, with your name at the greeting sign.
What To Expect
Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer from Las Vegas McCarran Airport (LAS) to your Hotel or accommodation in Las Vegas City. Choose between the following luxury options:

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel designated for your flight, with your name displayed on the greeting sign.
If there is a problem finding our Chauffeurs, don't hesitate to get in touch with the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed.
The driver will make a quick stop at a liquor store on the way to the hotel to pick up the complimentary champagne. Passengers are also welcome to go inside and purchase any additional beverages they'd like
Your private Chauffeur speaks English and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your mobile or cell phone number in order to contact you in case of any change or if our Chauffeur can't see you at the meeting point. In the confirmation, you will also receive our emergency number, and in case of any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
- A maximum of 10 people per booking
- Nevada car seat laws require that CHILDREN UNDER 6 years old and below 60 pounds be in a child restraint system while traveling in automobiles. The child seat must be appropriate for the size and weight of the child, and must be installed within and securely attached to the vehicle.
- Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.
