What To Expect
Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to your hotel or accommodation in Las Vegas City with our luxury electric SUV, Rivian R1S (up to 3 passengers).
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim carousel assigned for your flight, holding a greeting sign with your name. If there is any issue locating our chauffeur, please contact the phone number provided on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are covered in case of any delays.
Your private chauffeur speaks English and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the city.
The driver will make a quick stop at a liquor store on the way to the hotel to pick up the complimentary champagne. Passengers are also welcome to go inside and purchase any additional beverages they'd like.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your mobile or cell phone number to contact you in case of any changes or if our chauffeur cannot locate you at the meeting point. In your confirmation, should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
- A maximum of 3 people per booking
- Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.
